I am currently in my 9th week of pregnancy and experiencing severe nausea and vomiting. How long will it take for these symptoms to subside?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Morning sickness, characterized by nausea and vomiting, is a common symptom experienced during early pregnancy. While each woman's experience may vary, it is generally expected that morning sickness symptoms will start to improve around the end of the first trimester or early second trimester. For most women, this means relief from nausea and vomiting by the 12th to 14th week of pregnancy. However, it is important to note that every pregnancy is different, and some women may continue to experience morning sickness beyond this timeframe. If your symptoms are severe or persistently affecting your daily life, it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider for further guidance and possible treatment options. In the meantime, there are some self-care measures you can try to alleviate morning sickness such as eating small, frequent meals; avoiding triggers like strong smells; staying hydrated; getting plenty of rest; and trying ginger or other natural remedies known to help with nausea. Remember that taking care of yourself during this time is crucial, so don't hesitate to seek support if needed.

14 weeks when you get out of your 1st trimester but some girls have it throughout their whole pregnancy.

For most women, this starts going away in the second trimester. For some, it doesnt. Eat small meals, drink tons of water, and make sure your blood sugar doesn't fall low... that's one of the biggest causes of "morning" sickness in pregnant women
