What are some safe alternatives to Benadryl for treating sinus and cold symptoms during pregnancy?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

During pregnancy, it is important to be cautious about the medications you take. While Benadryl is generally considered safe, there are alternative remedies you can try for relieving sinus and cold symptoms. First, make sure to rest and drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. You can also try using a saline nasal spray or rinse to alleviate congestion. Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil may help clear your sinuses as well. Additionally, honey and warm lemon water can soothe a sore throat. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult with your healthcare provider for further guidance.

Try lemon and ginger tea, it will warm you sinuses and throat and help the cold, other then that it's stay warm and lots of fluids and sleep. Lemon and ginger tea is natural so it's completely safe, and helps with nausea . I swear by it when I'm sick :) feel better. But ya don't take any meds without talking to your doctor or pharmacist.
