    I too have lost weight every pregnancy. My doctor told me since i was bigger to begin with it played a roll. I was told that my baby was still getting plenty of nutrients. Trying to keep food down is difficult in the begining. I found the type of prenatal i was taking and the time i was taking added to me feeling sick. So maybe ask your doctor about changing the brand and taking it at night. Good luck!

    O also lost a lot of weight in my 1st trimester. My Doctor suggested that I take Mom to be Shakea which you can purchase from Supermarkets or Pharmacies.  Im 25 weeks pregnant and gaining good weight thanks to the shakes.

    For a lot of women, morning sickness makes it impossible to gain weight, and a lot lose weight in the first trimester. You don't have to really worry about weight gain until the second trimester when your babies rapid growth will start. Just focus on getting enough fluids, and keeping your blood sugar on an even keel. Once the morning sickness passes, talk to your doctor to make sure your on track
