I have two children, but it's been over 6 years since I had my last child so I honestly cannot remember how I felt all the time when I was pregnant. Currently, I am experiencing lower abdominal pain and pressure in my vaginal area, similar to what I would feel during a period. There is no spotting and the pain is mild, more like cramps. Is this normal for someone who is approximately 9 weeks pregnant?

Sounds normal but check with midwife if gets worse, sounds like tummy settling in place

Sounds like ligament stretching  or can also be just referred discomfort from previous baby scarring... if you start having more than mild cramping or tingling or spotting,  get checked out to ease your mind.
