I generally do a mixture of jogging and walking for 2 miles and wondered if this is safe to continue? This will be my first baby and obviously baby's health is most important, therefore would jogging affect this?

I wouldn't jog. And dont strain yourself either. You can walk for about 30 mins. That's how much exercise you should do every day or every other day. But make sure you check in with your doctor to see if it is okay.

You can jog while pregnant I would just limit it and don't bounce yourself to much while jogging. If you start feeling any pain stop immediately. There are many marathon runner that run while pregnant and have no complications. It is best if wait until your second trimester thought
