I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and I usually do a combination of jogging and walking for about 2 miles. I want to know if it is safe for me to continue this exercise routine during pregnancy.     I wouldn't jog. And dont strain yourself either. You can walk for about 30 mins. That's how much exercise you should do every day or every other day. But make sure you check in with your doctor to see if it is okay.

    You can jog while pregnant I would just limit it and don't bounce yourself to much while jogging. If you start feeling any pain stop immediately. There are many marathon runner that run while pregnant and have no complications. It is best if wait until your second trimester thought
