I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, vagina, back, and legs. There is no spotting. Should I be concerned or is this a normal part of pregnancy?

Go get that checked out. Could be Urinary tract infection, which are common, or could be something else. It isn't normal though.
